Shop renews monthly or annually until you cancel; cancel any time from Settings and keep the plan through the end of the period you paid for. Payments run on Stripe's secure pages, and FleetTend never stores your card number.

Hit a limit or downgrade, and every record stays visible and exportable. Over-limit schedules pause — your history is never erased. FleetTend is a system of record first.
One crew, one workspace
Owners, managers, and technicians can each have their own login — up to 10 active teammates per workspace. Pricing is not per seat.
Prices you can plan on
Shop renews at the standard price: Founding Shops pricing covers the first 12 months, then renews at $49/month or $490/year. If a price ever changes, existing subscriptions get at least 30 days' notice by email before their next renewal, and you can cancel any time from Settings.
Running more than 250 machines, multiple locations, or purchasing by PO? Annual plans are available by invoice for schools, municipalities, and larger fleets — support@fleettend.com.
